Dr. Glasgow is currently the Coordinator of the University of the West Indies Open Campus in Nevis. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in telecommunications engineering from the University of Southampton in England having completed undergraduate studies at the University of the West Indies in Barbados.  

Dr. Glasgow is contracted as the Chief Examiner for Physics with the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC). Presently, he is finalizing his Actuarial Scientist designation with a concentration in Financial Engineering and Risk Management. 

His work experience spans tutoring of social and natural sciences in schools and universities, management in government communication and planning ministries and engineering consultancy in telecommunications.    

Dr. Glasgow has attended many seminars including Corporate Governance, World Trade Organization Trade Policy negotiations, Utilities Regulation and Sources and Uses of Funds in the development of the banking sector.  Currently he also serves as a director of the St Kitts and Nevis Development Bank.
