Mr. Lupinacci graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1963 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Journalism. He has been involved in commercial and international banking since 1963 starting with First Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, its subsidiary The Virgin Islands National Bank in St Thomas and St Croix and the Bank of America in San Francisco and the Caribbean..  In 1968, he took up his residency in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis where he became actively involved in banking, hospitality and a myriad of other community activities.   

He served as President of the St. Kitts and Nevis Hotel Association, founding member of the Rotary Club of St Kitts, founding Director of the Nevis Historical & Conservation Society (NHCS), founding member of the Nevis Tourism Authority (NTA) and President of the Nevis Turf & Jockey Club for a period of 12 years.

Currently, Mr. Lupinacci serves as a Director of the St. Kitts and Nevis Hotel Association, a Director of the Nevis Tourism Authority, member of the Committee to Restore Nevis Horse Racing and a Director of the Nevis Humane Society.  He is the owner of The Hermitage Inn and Hermitage Builders.
