Miss Claudelle Gumbs is the Senior Team Leader- Branch Operations for our Wellington Road Branch. Prior to joining the BONStrong Team on June 1, 2022, Claudelle was employed at CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank for over ten years where she acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience while serving in several roles including Retail and Business Banking, Personal Lending, Operations and Compliance.
Claudelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies Open Campus and is currently pursuing her Master of Science Degree at the same university.
