Conversion Notice from The Bank of Nevis Limited – September 8, 2021

Debit Cards
The Bank of Nevis Limited informs customers that effective Friday September 10th at 5pm all RBC/RBTT ATM convenience cards will no longer function. Customers are requested to collect their new International Visa EMV/Contactless BON Debit Card at our Basseterre Branch in St. Kitts. Customers of BON Bank LTD will be advised in a subsequent communication of when they may collect their cards.

Conversion Reminder
Customers and the general public are advised that conversion of all accounts from the RBC system to The Bank of Nevis Limited’s core banking platform will take place during the weekend of September 11th & 12th, 2021.  During this time, former RBC/RBTT customers will no longer have access to Digital Banking (Online & Mobile Banking) and the ATMs at the former RBC/RBTT branches. 

ATM
We encourage all customers in St. Kitts and Nevis to have adequate cash on hand from Friday, September 10th 2021 to take you through the conversion weekend. ATM(s) will be unavailable after 5pm Friday, September 10, 2021. Please ensure to collect your cash before 5pm.

ATM access will commence from September 13th at our Wellington Branch using your recently issued Bank of Nevis ATM debit cards. Former RBC/RBTT customers are also asked to sign up at Customer Services or email customerservices@thebankofnevis.com for access to The Bank of Nevis Limited’s online and mobile banking platform to facilitate your online banking needs.
