BON welcomes our new customers from Royal Bank of Canada/RBTT to our BONStrong Family.
The plan is to have all accounts converted during the weekend of September 11th and 12th, 2021. We will advise you further if this changes.
There will be interruption in the ATM, Point of Sale, Mobile and Online Banking services for the former RBC/RBTT customers in St Kitts and Nevis from the evening of September 10th, 2021 while the accounts are being converted. (There may be periodic interruptions in those services for The Bank of Nevis Limited’s customers as well). We will work to convert the accounts in the shortest time possible to minimize the inconvenience to customers during that weekend and have access by Monday September 13th, 2021.
We encourage all our customers at The Bank of Nevis & former RBC/RBTT customers in St Kitts and Nevis to have adequate cash on hand from Friday, September 10th, 2021 to take you through during the conversion weekend.
All customers will receive a new VISA international debit card ; for former RBC clients – the accounts numbers for savings, chequing, term deposits and loans will remain unchanged, while for former RBTT clients there will be a minor change to your savings and chequing accounts. However, this will be seamless and will have minimal impact on how you conduct your business today. There will also be a change in the routing number to perform Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT); and some changes to the processing of in-branch and online transactions.
Another key message of note – there will also be changes to some Products and Services and the applicable Fee Schedule.
Yes, there will also be changes to some Products and Services and applicable Fee Schedule. We will also be adding a few new Products as well.
We are pleased to advise that all our customers can now process USD Foreign Drafts and USD Cheques at any of our branches in St Kitts and Nevis.
The Bank of Nevis recently converted all debit and credit cards to EMV/Contactless. These new debit and credit cards are verified by VISA and provide increased security through the use of a chip embedded in the cards.
We thank you for your continued patronage. The Bank of Nevis Limited, Improving the Quality of Life.
