- Do not attach your debit cards to accounts with significant balances.
- Monitor the activity on your accounts regularly via online banking.
- Alert/inform the Card Services Unit immediately of any unauthorized/fraudulent transactions on your accounts.
Please be advised that cardholders may also contact our Processors, Caribbean Credit Card Corporation (4Cs) at 1 (869) 465-3700 in the event that the Bank is closed or if you are unable to contact the Bank.
