Conversion Notice from The Bank of Nevis Limited – September 28, 2021

Conversion
The Bank of Nevis Limited is pleased to inform customers that the conversion of RBC/RBTT banking systems to The Bank Of Nevis Limited’s core banking platform has been successful. However, we are still in the process of resolving some issues.  We extend our sincerest apologies to our valued customers for the inconvenience caused as a result of the conversion and we ask for your patience as we continue to resolve all related issues.

ATM
The ATMs at the Basseterre Branch and BON Bank Ltd have been successfully converted to The Bank of Nevis Limited’s core banking system and are functional. Accordingly, you may now access our ATMs at the Basseterre Branch or BON Bank Ltd, Charlestown using your recently issued Bank of Nevis Debit Card.

Please note that the ATMs at Wellington and University of Medicine, Health and Science (UMHS) remain offline until they have been converted.

 

Online Banking
Former RBC/RBTT customers are asked to sign up at Customer Services or email customerservices@thebankofnevis.com for access to The Bank of Nevis Limited’s Online banking platform to facilitate your online banking needs. Only US dollar credit cards can be paid online at this time.  However, we are working diligently to facilitate EC dollar credit card payments via the online platform.  We will advise further when the option to pay EC dollar credit cards online becomes available.
